The system uses special paper with a series of nearly invisible dot patterns. This means you can write on several different forms and the pen knows which form you are writing on at any given time.Simply dock the pen or use a pen that can talk to a cell-phone (meaning you don't need a PC) and the data is transferred. You can keep electronic copies of
your writing, and more importantly, the data is transferred to the home office, sliced and diced and presented to your sales manager without having to rewrite an activity report.
